Terms of Service

These terms apply when you register for or use MyREIVO. By continuing, you agree to provide accurate information and use the service responsibly.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email, Google account, device, and login details secure. Notify us if you believe your account has been misused.

Acceptable use

Do not use MyREIVO to mislead others, impersonate another person, upload unlawful material, interfere with the service, attempt to access another member’s private information, or scrape, resell, or misuse seller order data.

Platform features

Platform access, rewards, training, finance tools, public member pages, and other features may change as MyREIVO develops. Figures and planning tools are informational records and are not a guarantee of income, financial return, commission, settlement, payout, or professional advice.

Third-party services

Some features may connect to Google, TikTok, TikTok Shop, WhatsApp, YouTube, MOVA, EASTEL, or other services. Their own terms and privacy rules also apply when you use them. Connecting a TikTok profile or TikTok Shop is optional and requires the permissions shown on TikTok’s consent screen.

If you connect a TikTok Shop Seller account, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that shop and to allow MyREIVO to process its order and affiliate-attribution data for fulfilment. You may withdraw that authorisation from TikTok Shop. TikTok controls API approval, data availability, and delivery timing, so synchronised information may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable. Seller Center remains the source of truth, and you remain responsible for checking its original record before dispatching an order. Synchronisation may stop if a token or permission expires, the shop withdraws access, or TikTok changes its service or policies.

Availability and changes

We work to keep MyREIVO available and accurate, but maintenance, updates, third-party approval, or circumstances outside our control may interrupt access. We may update these terms and will show the latest revision date here.
