Privacy Policy

MyREIVO uses the information you provide to create and protect your account, operate your member page, deliver platform access, support you, and improve the service.

Information we collect

This may include your name, email address, WhatsApp number, state, profile details, referral information, platform preferences, support messages, and records you choose to save in MyREIVO. When you use Google Login, Google provides your verified email address and basic profile information after you approve access.

When you choose Connect TikTok for your profile, TikTok provides MyREIVO with your TikTok open ID, display name, and profile photo under the user.info.basic permission. MyREIVO stores only this basic profile snapshot so your identity can be shown on your verified affiliate profile and to authorised Official Merchants. This profile connection does not request your videos, statistics, messages, contacts, or permission to post, and MyREIVO does not retain its TikTok access or refresh tokens after retrieving the approved profile information.

When an authorised Official Merchant connects TikTok Shop Seller Center, MyREIVO stores the connected shop identity, encrypted seller access and refresh credentials, and the minimum order data needed for fulfilment: TikTok order identifiers and statuses, product and SKU details, quantity, totals, and affiliate attribution such as the creator username and content source. MyREIVO does not retain buyer delivery addresses or phone numbers for this feature.

How information is used

We use your information to authenticate you, issue your REIVO ID, maintain your account and public member page, process your requested features, prevent misuse, provide support, and keep service records. TikTok Shop data is used only to synchronise authorised seller orders, match exact verified affiliate usernames, and open the correct registration QR or print document for fulfilment.

Sharing and security

We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate MyREIVO, when you direct us to share it, or when required by law. Your connected TikTok display name and profile photo may be shown to authorised Official Merchants to identify the correct affiliate for order fulfilment. Seller credentials are encrypted at rest and are not sent to merchant browsers. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can update your profile and platform preferences from Settings. You can remove the profile connection from the TikTok Affiliate page, which deletes the stored TikTok profile snapshot from MyREIVO. An authorised shop administrator can revoke the TikTok Shop Seller connection; MyREIVO will then stop synchronisation and invalidate or remove the saved connection credentials. Order records are kept only as needed for fulfilment, security, legal, and operational records. You may request access or correction by contacting us. You can also request deletion of your account and associated personal data from the web without reinstalling the app.
